Polish Office in Taipei

You can apply at a selected Polish consular office, which provides translations from the language of the document. 

You can submit the documents personally or send them by post.

Please prepare:

• the original document and its translation.

Please note:

• the consul certifies translations of documents from Chinese into Polish and from Polish into Chinese or English into Polish and from Polish into English.
• the consul can certify a legible and reliable translation,

the translation does not have to be made by a sworn or professional translator in order to be certified.

The fee for each commenced page is 956 NTD.

The consul certifies translations without undue delay, but not later than 30 days from the filing date.

Personally. You can also ask to have the documents delivered by post if you pay the postage.

If the certification is refused, the consul will issue a decision. You can appeal against the decision to the Minister of Foreign Affairs within 7 days. You can lodge the appeal through the consul who had issued the decision.
