The Letter of Intent Between Gliwice and Hsinchu City

On 15 January 2025, in Hsinchu, a letter of intent was signed between the city of Gliwice and the city of Hsinchu. The document was signed by Aleksandra Dylewska, Deputy Mayor of Gliwice, and Chiu Chen-yuan, Deputy Mayor of Hsinchu.
The cooperation is intended to focus primarily on the development of business, industrial, and technological ties, as well as academic exchange. The event was attended by the Director of the Polish Office in Taipei, Mr Janusz Bilski. Gliwice has become the eighth Polish city to initiate cooperation with a Taiwanese partner.
