On September 6-8, Poland presented its innovative strength in the semiconductor and electronics industry as part of the Semicon Taiwan 2023. The Secretary of State in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Wojciech Murdzek, was asked to officially open the Polish Pavilion.
Semicon Taiwan is the largest semiconductor industry fair in Taiwan. This year, Poland exhibited its national pavilion for the first time, the largest of all national pavilions. The Polish booth was organized by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) together with the National Development Fund, the Polish Industrial Development Agency and the Łukasiewicz Research Network, the largest such institution in Europe. It served as a presenting platform for 7 Polish companies: CEZAMAT (Warsaw University of Technology), Digital Core Design, Ensemble3, Fluence Technology, QNA, Vigo Photonics and XTPL. The Polish Pavilion aimed to present Poland's scientific and technological advantages to potential Taiwanese partners, including outstanding research and development achievements, professional talents and solid technological infrastructure.
