Polish Office in Taipei

The 106th Anniversary of Poland Regaining Independence. 
The Polish Office in Taipei solemnly celebrated Poland’s regaining of independence in 1918 with a reception held in the banquet hall of the Regent Taipei Hotel. A special highlight of the event was a musical performance by Anna Maria Jopek, accompanied on this occasion by the legendary American jazz star Bobby West.

Additionally, the numerous guests from the worlds of culture, art, business, and representatives of the Polish diaspora had the opportunity to enjoy traditional Polish folk dances, taste Polish culinary specialties, and explore Polish products available in Taiwan.
