Polish Office in Taipei

The sister cities of Gdynia and Kaohsiung are deepening their joint activities in the fields of education and the economy. The parties signed a memorandum on port cooperation, covering areas such as digitalization, automation, safety, and the development of shipping connections. A letter of intent was also signed to initiate student exchanges between five high schools and vocational schools from both cities. The signing ceremony for both agreements took place in the presence of the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, Jacek Karnowski, and the Director of the Polish Office in Taipei, Janusz Bilski. The City of Gdynia also presented itself at the Smart City Expo in Kaohsiung.
