Conference at the National Dong Hwa University in Hualien

On November 17, at the invitation of the authorities of the National Dong Hwa University (NDHU) in Hualien, Director Janusz Bilski delivered a speech titled "Poland's Role in the Russia-Ukraine War”, focusing on Poland's humanitarian, political, and military support for Ukraine.
The speech was part of the international conference “Adaptation Strategies of Small and Medium-Sized International Actors in a Fragmented Global Order,” which was opened by Chu Chin-peng, Vice President of the University, and Hu Ai-ling, Secretary-General of the Mainland Affairs Council. Professor Łukasz Zamęcki (University of Warsaw) also participated in the conference. NDHU is the largest university on Taiwan’s east coast and an important partner of many Polish higher education institutions, including the University of Warsaw, Adam Mickiewicz University, University of Łódź, Silesian University of Technology, University of Gdańsk, and the University of Opole, with which it conducts student and academic exchanges.
