Obtaining a certificate from the National Criminal Record (criminal record certificate)

The consul does not mediate in obtaining a criminal record.

You can obtain a criminal record certificate yourself:

  • at the Information Bureau or Information Points of the National Criminal Record operating at regional courts,
  • using the services of an attorney,
  • or by post.

If you have a qualified electronic signature or a signature confirmed by a trusted e-PUAP profile - you can apply for the certificate electronically via the e-Platform of the Ministry of Justice (in Polish).
