Dear Students!

If you plan to begin your studies in Poland in the autumn semester of 2026, or if you continue your studies in Poland and need to apply for a National (D) visa (for stays exceeding 90 days), please note the following:

• Document processing takes 15 days. Please book your appointment as early as possible to avoid delays.
• Submit your application documents on the date of your appointment booked through the e-Konsulat system (early submissions will not be accepted).
• Please carefully review the document checklist and prepare all required documents accordingly: https://poland.tw/web/taiwan/d-type-national-visa-information-for-students
• Original documents and photocopies of all required documents must be provided (screenshots and photographs of documents will not be accepted).
